Lindsay Siu</div>Canadian rock band Nickelback will release its 11th studio album, &quot;Everything Under the Sun,&quot; on October 30 through Virgin Music Group.The band on Tuesday also unveiled the album&#x27;s lead single, &quot;Rattle the Cage,&quot; featuring guitarist John 5. It marks Nickelback&#x27;s first new music since the release of &quot;Get Rollin&#x27;&quot; in 2022.Frontman Chad Kroeger described the upcoming album as a collection that showcases the band&#x27;s range.&quot;This album has every side of the band on it,&quot; Kroeger said in a statement. &quot;There are songs that hit as hard as anything we&#x27;ve ever done, songs that take chances, and songs that remind us why we&#x27;ve been doing this together for so long. &#x27;Rattle the Cage&#x27; felt like the perfect way to kick the door open.&quot;According to the band, the album combines arena rock anthems with more reflective material while maintaining the signature sound that has defined Nickelback&#x27;s career for more than three decades.The album arrives as Nickelback builds on the success of its 2022 album &quot;Get Rollin&#x27;,&quot; the accompanying world tour and the documentary &quot;Hate to Love: Nickelback,&quot; which chronicled the band&#x27;s rise from its early days in Hanna, Alberta, to becoming one of the world&#x27;s best-selling rock acts.The release also marks Nickelback&#x27;s first project under Virgin Music Group.Formed in 1995, Nickelback rose to international fame with the 2001 album &quot;Silver Side Up,&quot; which featured the hit single &quot;How You Remind Me.&quot; The band has sold nearly 60 million albums worldwide and earned multiple Grammy Award nominations, American Music Awards, Billboard Music Awards and Juno Awards throughout its career.
