Handout</div>Shakira and Burna Boy&#x27;s <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/showbiz/music/2026/5/17/shakira-burna-boy-drop-2026-fifa-world-cup-song-dai-dai-1112">FIFA World Cup 2026 song &quot;Dai Dai&quot;</a> has climbed to No. 1 on Spotify&#x27;s Global Top Songs chart, giving the Colombian superstar the world&#x27;s most-streamed song on the platform.The track, the official song of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, has also reached No. 1 in 12 countries, including Germany, France, Spain, Sweden, South Korea and the United Arab Emirates, according to Sony Music. The song was released in May as part of FIFA&#x27;s official World Cup music program and features Nigerian Grammy-winning artist Burna Boy.The milestone makes Shakira the first artist to top Spotify&#x27;s global chart with songs in both English and Spanish, according to the record label. The success of &quot;Dai Dai&quot; has also propelled her to No. 6 among Spotify&#x27;s most-streamed artists worldwide.The song has continued to gain traction across major music markets, charting within the top five in Portugal, Canada, China, Italy and the United Kingdom, while its official music video has amassed nearly 500 million views on YouTube, Sony Music said.&quot;Dai Dai&quot; extends Shakira&#x27;s long association with the FIFA World Cup. She previously recorded the tournament&#x27;s 2010 anthem, &quot;Waka Waka (This Time for Africa),&quot; and also released &quot;La La La (Brazil 2014)&quot; during the 2014 World Cup.Shakira is also set to perform during the FIFA World Cup final&#x27;s first-ever halftime show on July 19 alongside several international artists.After her World Cup appearances, the singer is scheduled to headline a series of stadium concerts later this year.
