Kapamilya singer Jarren Garcia explores a new chapter in his music journey with LUVBOMB, a seven-track R&amp;B and soul extended play (EP). The seven-track EP is an exploration of excitement, uncertainty, and heartbreak through its tracks &quot;Gotchu,&quot; &quot;Pinaka Pretty,&quot; &quot;Tataptatin,&quot; &quot;APK (Ang Pahinga Ko),&quot; &quot;Pinili Kita,&quot; and the Taglish and English versions of &quot;Runaway.&quot; More than his growth as a music artist, Jarren expressed how this EP is a way to connect to the Filipino listeners as the EP features more Tagalog songs.“This EP is so much different than the first album that I dropped because this EP, I’ve been so invested in. I think I’ve put my heart and soul into the process of this EP, and I could confidently say that this EP is more me–– it’s more Jarren,” he shared.“Through this EP, I would show everyone who Jarren is, what Jarren is, what he can bring to the table. I also want to connect with the Filipinos, which is why most of the songs are mainly Tagalog for this EP,” he added.Despite Jarren growing up in London, he maintained that his Filipino side could be seen in the lyrics of his new songs–– something he made sure to put in.“I had a lot of help with the Tagalog lyrics for sure but the way Filipinos sing love songs is I feel like a way that nobody else can sing love songs. As Filipinos, we’re such lover boys and lover girls–– we’re such yearners. I think I’m showing my Filipino side through singing about a lot of love,” he expressed.The Kapamilya singer is hopeful that fans and casual listeners could feel all the emotions–– kilig, happiness, excitement–– while checking the EP out. “A lot of these songs on the EP, they each have their own different meanings and so many different ways you can interpret them, but each song shows you a different way to love and a different feeling that love gives to a person,” he said. Jarren previously made his debut as a recording artist last year with his self-titled album, which has over 2.6 million streams to date.
