<div><span class="fr-img-caption fr-fic fr-dib" style="width:960px;display:block" width="960"><span class="fr-img-wrap"><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1784605357046TUIDE Logo Motion.jpg" style="width:960px" class="fr-fic fr-dib" width="960"/><span class="fr-inner" style="text-align:left">South Korean entertainment giant HYBE is set to launch a new girl group called TUIDE. <em>Photo courtesy of ABD </em></span></span></span></div><p>HYBE, the South Korean entertainment company behind K-pop supergroup BTS, is set to launch a new girl group under its newly established label.</p><p>The seven-member act, TUIDE, is slated to debut in the second half of the year, HYBE announced late Monday in a press statement.</p><p>The group comprises Seohee, Seoyeon, Elena, Jia, Saki, Seah, and Yi Hani.</p><p>The name TUIDE is inspired by the phrase &quot;tune the tide,&quot; reflecting the group&#x27;s &quot;ambition to experience the various tides of the world and tune them into new forms of joy through music,&quot; HYBE said.</p><p>Ahead of its official debut, TUIDE will kick off a pre-debut campaign with the launch of its official Instagram account, @tuide_abd, which will be set to private starting July 21.</p><p>The septet will also hold a &quot;pre-debut experience&quot; event in Seoul, South Korea on August 1 and 2.</p><p>TUIDE is the first artist to debut under HYBE&#x27;s <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/showbiz/music/2026/5/10/bts-agency-hybe-launches-new-girl-group-label-1221"><strong>newly launched label ABD</strong></a>.</p><p>HYBE is home to several labels managing some of K-pop&#x27;s biggest acts.
