Ylona Garcia reveals what inspired her to reimagine songs from her 10-year journey in the industry

<p>Ylona Garcia is set to mark her 10th anniversary in the entertainment industry with a live album featuring nine tracks reimagined in her current sound and style.</p><p>In an interview with Ylona opened up about what inspired her to revisit songs from different stages of her career.</p><p>&quot;It actually came from God. This is very, very spiritual. Everything that got me to this point, I mean did my best to do the execution, pero si God talaga, the decision maker, the [one] who puts all the ideas in my head. So that is number one, the reason why I decided to do this and to do everything that I can to make this happen,&quot; she relayed.</p><p>Ylona said the project also serves as a reflection of the work she has put in over the past decade and an opportunity to introduce listeners to who she is as an artist today.</p><p>&quot;I think is a beautiful reminder of the last 10 years of work that I put in to being here, whether that&#39;s in showbiz, the entertainment industry or just life. I wanted to be able to use the gift that God gave me and just give a nod to everything that I had created in the last 10 years,&quot; she stated.</p><p>&quot;But this time, reimagined naman. Reimagined in a sound that feels more like me, especially kasi the last 10 years of music, if you were to listen to it, fetus pa &#39;yung boses ko, sobrang bata pa ako noon. And then you can hear the growth. Kasi grabe maging devoted and invested to be able to support someone for like 10 years. Grabe &#39;yun. Like that&#39;s so crazy and very admirable,&quot; she highlighted.</p><p>&quot;It&#39;s also the reason why I wanted to make sure I did this to the best of my abilities, the best that I can, and give it the most that I can.
