‘Hello, Love, Again’ caps off 10th Asian World Film Festival, Kathryn Bernardo honored at awards night

<p>Joy and Ethan have landed in California! From bonding with audiences to marking a career milestone, here’s what went down when “Hello, Love, Again”, starring Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards, joined the 10th Asian World Film Festival in Culver City. </p><div><br/></div><div><strong>Closing film</strong></div><p>Kathryn and Alden graced a sold-out screening of “<a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/starcinema/articles-news/stars-pour-all-out-support-for-kathryn-alden-in-hello-love-again-world-premiere-night-23768" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Hello, Love, Again</a>” on Thursday, November 21 (Philippine time), for the festival’s tenth edition, where the <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/studios/films" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Star Cinema</a> and GMA Pictures co-production served as the closing film.</p><p>Before sharing their work with our kababayans abroad, the two stars walked the red carpet at the Culver Theater. She addressed the OFWs in the theater: “Hindi naman ibibigay kung hindi natin kakayanin. So whatever it is you’re going through right now, alam ko hindi naman biro ‘yung buhay n’yo po dito, and I have so much respect sa lahat sa inyo.” </p><div><br/></div><div><strong>Awards night </strong></div><p>As a beautiful close to the movie’s meaningful journey at the Asian World Film Festival, Kathryn took home the “Snow Leopard Rising Star Award” during the festival’s awards night on Friday, November 22 (Philippine time).
