10 must-hear songs before Philippine Selection Night for Eurovision Asia

<div style="text-align:center"><strong><em><u>“Pili, Pinas!” Which song is your bet to represent the country?</u></em></strong></div><p>Ten songs have been released as contenders to represent the Philippines at the “Eurovision Song Contest Asia,” with the country’s official entry to be selected at the upcoming “Pili, Pinas: Philippine Selection Night” on August 30 (Sunday), 9:45PM.</p><p>The winning entry will take part in the “Eurovision Song Contest Asia” happening on November 14 in Bangkok, Thailand, which serves as the inaugural competition of the popular international TV music competition organized by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) in Asia.</p><p>ABS-CBN, the broadcast partner for the Philippine participation, launched the 10 song entries composed and interpreted by talented Filipino artists. ABS-CBN Music and Integrated Events head Roxy Liquigan welcomed the opportunity to showcase the Filipino sound and share Filipino stories with audiences around the world through the competition.</p><p>“Eurovision has always stood for one powerful idea; that a single song can unite different cultures and move an entire continent. By partnering with the EBU and Voxovation, we are giving our creators the global stage to say this is who we are, and this is our story,” Roxy said.</p><p>“For ABS-CBN Music, this is where the story takes off.
