This year, they have prepared exciting surprises for the madlang people to celebrate the anniversary of the noontime variety show. Today, let us look back at the memorable productions of the hosts for Magpasikat 2015.</p><div> </div><div><strong>Team Karylle-Jhong</strong></div><p>Karylle and Jhong Hilario performed an emotional all-original musical skit. It is an inspiring story about two siblings who got separated when they were still young. Isay, played by Karylle, became a successful singer while Kiko, played by Jhong, became a member of a robbing syndicate. The trio also sang to the tune of their original composition. Their performance also featured cameo appearances from James Reid, Nadine Lustre, and Coco Martin.</p><div> </div><figure><iframe allowfullscreen="" height="338" src="https://players.brightcove.net/1888899668001/BJS2z6UF_default/index.html?videoId=5170531359001" width="507"></iframe></figure><div> </div><div><strong style="text-align:center">Team Anne-Eruption-Kuya Kim</strong></div><p>Anne Curtis, Eruption, and Kuya Kim Atienza did an impressive performance that talked about the environment. Eruption and Anne became ninja warriors trying to defeat Khu-Lim-Lim, played by Kuya Kim. Towards the end of their performance, Kuya Kim&#x27;s hair was shaved on live television to impart a message about climate change.</p><div> </div><figure><iframe allowfullscreen="" height="338" src="https://players.brightcove.net/1888899668001/BJS2z6UF_default/index.html?videoId=5170520470001" width="507"></iframe></figure><div> </div><figure><iframe allowfullscreen="" height="338" src="https://players.brightcove.net/1888899668001/BJS2z6UF_default/index.html?videoId=5170533239001" width="507"></iframe></figure><div> </div><div><strong style="text-align:center">Team Billy-Coleen</strong></div><p>Billy Crawford and Coleen Garcia showed their love for each other in an intimate and daring dance number. The real-life couple proved their incomparable dancing skills to the audience and the judges when they performed a difficult dance routine on top of a trampoline. Their performance that recounted their love story through abstract art also featured pre-recorded voice-overs of the two reading a poem about love.</p><div> </div><figure><iframe allowfullscreen="" height="338" src="https://players.brightcove.net/1888899668001/BJS2z6UF_default/index.html?videoId=5170550776001" width="507"></iframe></figure><div> </div><div><span style="text-align:center">The five groups were judged by a special set of celebrity hurados. The judges were divided into three pairs: “Sakto” hosts Amy Perez and Marc Logan, 70s matinee idols Tirso Cruz III and Edgar Mortiz, and “Forevermore” loveteam BangLi, Bangky and Lilia Cuntapay.</span></div><p>At the end of the week, third place went to the group of Anne, Kuya Kim and Eruption, second place went to the group of Karylle and Jhong, and the team of Vice, Jugs, and Teddy was proclaimed as the grand champion.</p>
