In this episode of Kapamilya Chat, Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano share their insightful and relatable takes on red flags in relationships. Whether you’re a seasoned romantic or still figuring things out, their thoughts on what to watch out for in people will have you nodding along—or taking notes!In this challenge, DonBelle must take turns picking random flags, each labeled with a different trait, and tell whether they consider it a red flag. First up was gaslighting, for which Belle&#x27;s verdict was a solid yes. She made her feelings crystal clear, saying, “&#x27;Pag nangga-gaslight ka, kadiri ka.”Next, Donny picked a flag labeled ‘controlling’. He didn’t mince his words, either, explaining how harmful it can be. ,&quot;Both people have to have their own non-negotiables. It has to be respected ‘yung mga boundaries ng isa&#x27;t isa... Dapat lahat pinag-uusapan.&quot; He stressed that both partners should be free to be themselves in a healthy relationship.When it was Belle’s turn again, she drew the flag with ‘complaining a lot.’ For her, this is definitely a red flag because proper communication is always better than constant whining.Not knowing how to apologize is also a big no for Donny, who firmly believes that failing to say sorry will never be a green flag or something acceptable in a relationship. “How do you sleep knowing na marami kang kaaway o may hindi pa naaayos na problema? Ang hirap nu’n, eh,” he shared candidly.Meanwhile, Belle scratched her head when she picked a flag labeled ‘posts too much’. She admitted feeling torn about this one, wondering when “too much” becomes too much. For her, some people may simply enjoy taking pictures and sharing them online, so her general rule is to just be mindful of what to post. Donny chimed in with his own take, suggesting that “too much” might be when someone gets so caught up in posting that they forget to actually enjoy the moment.Donny drew a weight one for his final flag—&#x27;can’t commit.’ This sparked an interesting conversation between the two, with Belle insisting that it might not be a red flag if the person has been upfront about their inability to commit. She elaborated, “Malay mo naman kasi hindi siya makapag-commit kasi madaming pinagdaanan in the past. Sometimes kasi our present is also a reflection of our past.”  This boils down to having clear communication whatever the reason. One of the most thought-provoking moments came when they pulled a flag labeled ‘has no red flag’. Is there really someone so perfect that they have zero red flags? Both Donny and Belle find it too good to be true, and a bit suspicious. Belle reflected, “Tingin ko lahat tayo may red flags, pero depende kung gaano ka-major o gaano ka-minor, &#x27;yung mga acceptable at hindi acceptable na red flags.&quot;Do you agree with Donny and Belle’s answers, Kapamilya?
