Unable to endure the anxiety-filled episodes on her own any longer, Alice (Janella Salvador) reaches out to a psychologist, claiming that her husband, Scott (Mark Neumann), did something to her every night—though she can only recall flashes of her hands being tied in a dark room. When asked how she was sure it was Scott, Alice expresses doubt but chooses to talk about the night of their fight, when a vase fell and triggered memories of her car accident.  Certain she was not imagining things, Alice tried to prove Scott’s hostile motives, but to no avail; all the footage from the hidden camera she installed revealed nothing—prompting her to speculate whether Scott knew about the camera or had tampered with the recordings. A little later, Alice reveals that she felt responsible for the ransacked room earlier that morning but couldn’t remember any details.
