ShuKla acts out their PBB ‘feels’ using only the catchphrase ‘OA’

If you've been an avid follower of “Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition,” you know the “OA” catchphrase has basically become legendary ever since Klarisse de Guzman called out Dustin Yu for what she felt was him being “OA” (overacting) about his “loveteam” with Bianca de Vera, with Shuvee Etrata swooping in like a referee trying to break the tension. The memes practically exploded overnight and made "OA" as the phrase of the season. 

So, Kapamilya Chat turned this viral moment into a game! Here, ShuKla must act out the word “OA” in different emotions based on random scenarios any PBB housemate could relate to. 

When it comes to getting nominated for eviction, Klarisse and Shuvee agreed the “OA” emotion is obviously sadness. But Shuvee said that it also comes with acceptance, “Tanggap naman. We all have to nominate, eh."  

And then the energy in the studio flipped to hyper and "OA sa tuwa" when asked how they'd react to being saved from eviction. But as Shuvee explained, it’s honestly a rollercoaster of emotions. While they're relieved to be safe, there’s also real sadness for the evicted housemate. Klarisse chimed in, “Hindi mo rin talaga ma-expect minsan kung mase-save ka ba. Ire-ready mo na lang talaga ‘yung utak mo na, ‘Bye, guys,’ lalo na lahat kayo mag-eempake.” 

For moments of losing a task, Shuvee revealed  her own brand of "tahimik na OA," saying she’d just sit alone in the garden replaying every mistake in her head. Klarisse teased her competitive partner, joking, “Sana sumali na lang ng ‘Minute To Win It’ kasi every task G na G siya!” The two agreed they made the perfect duo inside Bahay Ni Kuya, as Shuvee brought the fierce competitiveness, while Klarisse balanced it out with her chill, nonchalant energy.  

Of course, the “OA” levels would go through the roof whenever a houseguest enters. But as fans know, Shuvee wasn't this energetic as she couldn’t even move the first time she saw Donny Pangilinan inside Bahay Ni Kuya, instead, she was frozen stiff with "OA sa hiya." She couldn’t unleash her usual kulit side when Donny arrived because he came in early in the morning, right when they had just woken up and hadn’t even brushed their teeth yet—how could you face your crush like that? 

They also cracked up reminiscing about their hilarious confession room experiences. The girls said they’d always have "OA sa gulat" reactions whenever Kuya suddenly speaks, since they couldn’t see him. “Tapos madalas may delay 'pag kausap si Kuya,” they added, making everything feel even more suspenseful. But the most unforgettable moments happen when Kuya drops his deep, mind-blowing wisdom, so intense that Klarisse once accidentally called him “Lord,” and Shuvee slipped and said “Jesus.” They both swore the bright lights inside the confession room only adds to the vibe, making it feel like a literal divine encounter. “Tapos atake talaga ‘yung pacing niya, slow, kaya parang, ‘Thank you, Lord.’ Mapapa-ganun ka talaga,” they shared, bursting into laughter. 

They might not have made it to the Big Four, but you can bet ShuKla will still make an appearance at the "PBB Collab" Big Night happening on July 5!
