Gomez and was loosely based on the 1973 film of the same title starring Vilma Santos-Recto. In 2006, Anne’s portrayal of damsel in distress Celine Magsaysay-Berenguer in the romance drama series “<a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/studios/tv/2024/11/26/throwback-maging-sino-ka-man-2006-1342" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Maging Sino Ka Man</a>” was truly remarkable, making it one of the most unforgettable characters she has ever done. She reprised the role in its sequel, “Maging Sino Ka Man: Ang Pagbabalik,” which was released around seven months after the first book concluded.It was in 2008 when the whole nation began calling her “diyosa” or “goddess,” as she starred in the fantasy series “Dyosa,” which has been a favorite among solid Kapamilya fans.
