Boses niya’y dadalhin ka sa buwan habang kanyang inaawit ang “Fly Me To The Moon.” Nagustuhan ni hurado Bituin Escalante kung paano nag-enjoy si Ermel sa kanyang pagtatanghal. Si Ermel ang umbante sa KanTapatan round, with his touching rendition of “Hiling.” Hindi rin sinayang ni defending champion Noielle Rodriguez ang pagkakataon na ilabas ang full vocal prowess with her piece, “Oscar Winning Tears.” Walang tears na umuwi si Noielle dahil siya ang panalo sa KanTapatan at pasok na sa ikalawang koponan.
