It’s comfort food, energy food, and fiesta food all in one. So when some of our favorite celebrities were asked by ABS-CBN Studios, “If you were a dish, what would you be?” it’s no surprise that many of them answered “adobo.” After all, who wouldn’t want to be as timeless, versatile, and well-loved as the humble yet hearty classic considered by many as the unofficial national Filipino dish? “Paborito ng lahat,” that’s how Joshua Garcia sums up why he’d be adobo.
