Marcus (Richard Gutierrez) gets summoned by higher-ranking NLEA officials. As soon as he walks into the meeting room, Colonel Dionisio begins questioning, particularly about Marcus’ alleged interaction with Datu Rahman (Jaime Fabregas). Seconds later, Director Azuelo (Rommel Padilla) also arrives in the room, frustrated with the fact that the officials are clearly overstepping their boundaries by failing to notify him of the meeting, especially since Marcus is one of his personnel. When Paulino raises further questions about Marcus’ speculated alliance with Datu Rahman, Marcus firmly answers that he isn’t knowledgeable of the reason behind the Datu mentioning his name, but it also does not automatically imply that the Datu’s statement is wrong.Furious, Colonel Dionisio exclaims his suspicions that Marcus and Director Azuelo both want NLEA and SID’s reputations to fall apart.
