<p>Whenever the Star Magical Prom makes its grand return, the much-anticipated promposals are never far behind. These creative and heartfelt gestures have become one of the event’s biggest highlights, giving our favorite Star Magic young artists the chance to ask each other to be their prom date in the most unexpected, clever, and kilig-filled ways—moments that fans can’t help but gush over. </p><p>For his Star Magical Prom debut, Joaquin Arce made hearts flutter by inviting none other than his closest friend—and the other half of LelQuin—Lella Ford to be his date. Fans first witnessed Joaquin and Lella’s special bond in “<a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/studios/tv/pinoy-big-brother-collab-v2" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong><u><em>Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0</em></u></strong></a>,” where their genuine friendship and natural chemistry quickly endeared themselves to viewers. For his invitation to Lella, he went the extra mile by booking an entire movie theater and staging a special film screening just for her. “I’ve been planning this for a while. To pull off the surprise, Joaquin also enlisted the help of Lella’s best friends, Chezka and Jasmine, who happily served as his accomplices. </p><p>Instead of screening an actual movie—which Lella initially expected—Joaquin had prepared a heartfelt video tribute dedicated to her.
