How Kapamilya stars start the day: Their morning routines revealed

In order to keep ourselves inspired, we frequently hold onto small habits or energizing routines, just like these Kapamilya artists, who all cheerfully described the things they just can’t start their days without.  </p><p>For “<a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/studios/tv/itsshowtime" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>It’s Showtime</strong></a>” host Jhong Hilario, he feels even more motivated to work hard after a time spent bonding with his sweet and talented daughter Sarina.  </p><div><script data-wid="auto" type="text/javascript" src="https://content.viralize.tv/display/?zid=AAFz8gWM8iRADsJr&amp;cid=AB8Zbnp-waFfU4qe"></script></div><p>“<a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/studios/tv/2026/6/26/jm-and-fyang-turn-fake-love-into-real-sparks-in-iwant-s-new-vertical-romcom-will-you-fake-marry-me-0953" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>Will You Fake Marry Me</strong></a>” stars Fyang Smith and JM Ibarra have distinct morning routines. Fyang focuses on her health by drinking her vitamins and fish oil, while JM makes sure to check on his fur baby, whom he actually takes care of with Fyang. </p><p>Karina Bautista next opened up about a bittersweet memory with her departed dog who used to accompany her for morning walks. “Now, I miss him so much, so all I do is just wake up and listen to music,” she expressed.  </p><p>“<a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/studios/tv/pinoy-big-brother-collab-v2" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0</strong></a>’s” second big placer, Krystal Mejes, then gave a relatable perspective, emphasizing the challenge of using her phone as soon as she woke up. “It’s a very unhealthy habit, but it’s something that I put the conscious effort to not do anymore,” she explained.  </p><p>One of Krystal’s colleagues from “<a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/studios/tv/pinoy-big-brother-collab-v2" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>PBB Collab 2.0</strong></a>” experienced the same struggle, specifically her close friend Eliza Borromeo. Meanwhile, Iñigo Jose’s daily source of energy consists of a cup of coffee and making his bed.  </p><p>As for basic hygiene in the morning, Zaijan Jaranilla certainly opted for bathing as a top priority. Comedy duo and hosts Lassy Marquez and MC Muah concentrated on getting their makeup done and cleaning their teeth.  </p><p>Eating meals in the morning is a non-negotiable for actor Eric Fructuoso, who genuinely loves and enjoys any silog recipes. “Kahit na late magising kailangan [kumain ng] silog,” he quipped.  </p><p>For Kapamilya heartthrobs Emilio Daez and Brent Manalo, they look for different things they can do when they wake up. Emilio immediately searches for his phone, and Brent goes with a prayer.  </p><p>The gorgeous members of “<a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/studios/tv/itsshowtime" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>It’s Showtime’s</strong></a>” Baby Dolls each have a unique way to start their day. Chole, as a proud fur mom, mentioned that she cuddles her pets whenever she gets up in the morning. Jelai then devotes time to pray, while Juby sips on matcha or coffee beverages.  </p><p>For the rest of the members, Arianne listens to the high-energy Michael Jackson hits as Johaira has heartfelt conversations with her mother.
