Stella (Kim Chiu) confronts Jacqueline (Zsa Zsa Padilla) with burning rage in the July 16 episode of <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/studios/tv/the-alibi" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">“The Alibi.” </a>Jacqueline narrates the truth to Vincent (Paulo Avelino) and Stella about Bea&#x27;s (Ayesha Bajeta) real identity. She states that Claudia (Sofia Andres) lost her child with Vincent, and Claudia made arrangements through Walter (Sam Milby) to have Bea pretend to be her newborn child, who happens to be Stella&#x27;s missing sister, Joy.As Stella and Vincent confront Jacqueline about it, she cries and tries to explain that she had no idea Bea is Stella&#x27;s sister. Stella does not believe her statement. “Kakampi ng sinungaling ang nananahimik lang!” she cries, adding that she had been blaming herself for years since Joy went missing while she was in jail.“Kung pinili niyo sanang sabihin ang totoo, walang buhay ang masisira ngayon!” Stella remarks. Jacqueline tries to apologize, but Stella becomes even more enraged. Jacqueline walks closer to Vincent, saying that she chose not to tell him the truth that his child had died, as it would have hurt him deeply.Stella questions Jacqueline about their purpose in doing such a thing, and Jacqueline puts the blame on Walter. A flashback shows Claudia thanking Jacqueline for not telling Vincent the truth. Later, Jacqueline questions Walter&#x27;s decision to help Claudia, reminding him not to follow anyone&#x27;s orders but hers and Arthur’s (John Arcilla).Fueled by anger, Stella grabs a table knife and points it toward Jacqueline. “Itatama ko lahat ng pagkakamali ninyo. Babawiin ko si Bea,” she declares, adding that Jacqueline and Arthur will surely pay for their crimes. Jacqueline tries to plead with Vincent, but he only leaves her crying in despair.Stella’s discovery of Bea as her sister changes everything.
