Jaime bids farewell to beloved Datu Rahman character in “Blood vs Duty”

Yes, I will miss working,” said the veteran actor, who played the father of Jalil (Gerald) and Jamilah (Barbie Imperial). </p><p>“Ito yung first time na pumapel ako ng isang Muslim, so pwede ko nang sabihin na marami na talaga akong nagawa,” he added. </p><p>In the series’ finale week, Jalil grieves the death of his adoptive father while Marcus (Richard) prepares to arrest him—unaware that Jalil is actually his long-lost brother.</p><p>The series, which premiered on primetime television last April 6, has brought a refreshing narrative that explores family ties, systemic problems within the government, and the strength of a united community.</p><p>The cast of “<a href="http://bloodvsduty.abs-cbn.com"><strong><u>Blood vs Duty</u></strong></a>” held a thanksgiving show at Festive Walk Mall Iloilo last Friday (July 17).
