Gladys Reyes shares the playlist for her karaoke sessions, senti moments, and road trips

<p>Who doesn&#x27;t love music? Certainly not Filipinos!</p><p>Don&#x27;t be fooled by the fierce characters she plays on screen. In real life, Gladys Reyes doesn&#x27;t go around slapping people. She just loves to chill, and one of her favorite ways to unwind is through music and karaoke. When it&#x27;s karaoke time, Gladys&#x27; &#x27;pangamalakasan&#x27; piece would have to be &quot;Sundo&quot; by Imago and &quot;Hiram&quot; by Zsa Zsa Padilla. Her OPM playlist also wouldn&#x27;t be complete without timeless staples like &quot;A Friend of Mine&quot; by Odette Quesada and &quot;Tell Me&quot; by Joey Albert.</p><p>Yup, Gladys has an inner karaoke queen! We mean, who else would her son Christof get it from? He&#x27;s now pursuing singing under ABS-CBN Star Music and some of his original songs, of course, are on Gladys&#x27; playlist. She loves listening to Christof&#x27;s &quot;Sana&quot; and &quot;Bituin&quot; on the way to work.</p><div><script data-wid="auto" type="text/javascript" src="https://content.viralize.tv/display/?zid=AAFz8gWM8iRADsJr&amp;cid=AB-EJkHFLUiAJv7T"></script></div><p>Sharing more of her playlist, Gladys said that her Batang &#x27;90s roots show in her road trip song selection, where she often puts Tiffany&#x27;s hits on repeat.</p><p>When it&#x27;s workout time, of course, you would need a hype playlist. For Gladys, Michael Jackson&#x27;s tracks are the perfect mood booster. &quot;Beat It&quot; and &quot;Billie Jean&quot; match the rhythm of her exercise routine. She also likes &quot;The Way You Make Me Feel,&quot; which we think is the song that&#x27;ll make you feel extra hot in your gym outfit.</p><p>Some actors use music to help them internalize big emotions, but not Gladys. She doesn&#x27;t find it effective when filming crying scenes. But when she&#x27;s in the mood to get senti off-cam, she&#x27;ll just play some Air Supply classics.</p><p>If there&#x27;s one song that reminds Gladys of someone special, it&#x27;s &quot;Panalangin&quot; by Apo Hiking Society, which is her and husband Christopher Roxas&#x27; theme song. Meanwhile, if she were to dedicate a song to herself, she&#x27;d go with the empowering &quot;I Am Woman&quot; by Emmy Meli.</p><p>As someone who loves karaoke, Gladys had a blast joining the Singko Blanko round of “<a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/studios/tv/everybody-sing" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>Everybody, Sing</strong></a>” last weekend with the &quot;songbayanang&quot; couples.
