He informs her that Andres (Romnick Sarmenta) has been threatened into cooperating with Arthur’s (John Arcilla) orders, and Stella is baffled by this. Despite that, Vincent adds that he was able to gather more information from Andres about what Arthur did.This makes Stella think she should face the authorities instead of letting things get worse and affect her family and Vincent. While she tells Vincent they could simply ask Andres for help, it is not possible since Andres is also trapped in the situation. Stella expresses how she feels things have become exhausting for Vincent.“Wag mo na akong isipin, Stella.” He eases Stella’s worries. She tells him it might be better if Vincent stopped helping her and carried on with his own burdens. Vincent opposes this idea. “Stella, mas pipiliin ko pang mahirapan ako na kasama kita, kaysa maging madali ang lahat pero wala ka sa tabi ko,” he tells her.Stella can only sigh in disbelief at how fate is playing with them in the worst way possible. She wishes she had met Vincent differently, dreaming of building a family with him and living comfortably.
