Now that he&#39;s already in his 30s, Howie is seemingly hopeful to finally meet &quot;the one&quot; whom the universe has destined for him. In his introduction video for the show, Howie stated, &quot;I joined &#39;Sparks Camp&#39; Season 4 so I could potentially meet someone that I could date and share a life with.&quot;&nbsp;</p><p>Will he find the spark he&rsquo;s looking for inside the camp?
