<p>When speaking about a different type of romance, Carlos &ldquo;Caloy&rdquo; Toledo (McCoy de Leon) stands out as a man who gives his all, especially for Bea Mercado (Maja Salvador). Before he crossed paths with the enigmatic Bea, Caloy was actually disowned by his family. As he lacked a real support system, Caloy persevered to survive alone, though he ended up living as a delinquent, often spending time in prison. &nbsp;</p><p>At the present time, Caloy is shown to be emotionally connected with Bea, ultimately becoming each other&rsquo;s anchors. Reaching the solace that he was looking for all this time in Bea, Caloy would go above and beyond to help her achieve her ambitions, regardless of the dangers involved. &nbsp;</p><p>Do you find his character interesting? Taking matters in her own hands, Billy headed to Caloy&rsquo;s location by herself, even spotting him having conversations with his boss through a phone call. Unluckily, Billy was caught by Caloy when she made a mistake while collecting the evidence related to his crime.</p><div><br></div><div><strong>Caloy and Jordan&rsquo;s violent confrontation&nbsp;</strong></div><p>Billy&rsquo;s protective best friend, Jordan (James Reid), conducted his own personal investigations involving Caloy. On one occasion, Jordan was expected to meet the taxi driver, who claimed he remembered his passenger whom Caloy communicated with inside his vehicle a few days ago. Shortly after threatening the driver with a knife, Caloy and Jordan got into an altercation, ending with Caloy&rsquo;s denial of the issue and Jordan&rsquo;s public outburst.&nbsp;</p><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Caloy and Bea&rsquo;s seemingly destined first encounter&nbsp;</strong></div><p>Caloy&rsquo;s devotion towards Bea began right after she saved his life when he was stabbed fatally by another delinquent. It was an unforgettable moment for him, since Bea was the only one who showed compassion. Similarly, Bea understood Caloy&rsquo;s struggles as her father abandoned their family long ago while her mother would frequently belittle her. Even though Bea was willing to offer her computer shop as a refuge for Caloy, she asserted that distance is necessary if they wish to avoid getting caught.&nbsp;</p><div><br></div><div><strong>Caloy keeps Bea&rsquo;s false identity as Abi a secret&nbsp;</strong></div><p>In the first few episodes, Bea assumed the identity of her deceased older sister Abi (Karylle), relying on her credentials to secure employment. Although Caloy and Bea would frequently argue, with Caloy happily accepting Bea&rsquo;s scoldings, things get quite frightening when Caloy accidentally called Bea&rsquo;s real name rather than Abi.&nbsp;</p><div><br></div><div><strong>Caloy assists Bea during her interview at LoveList&nbsp;</strong></div><p>Bea&rsquo;s deceitfulness surprisingly got her a job interview with LoveList&rsquo;s core members, Billy and Jordan. She then impressed them with her detailed answers concerning the technical information needed to operate the LoveList application. In reality, Caloy was the one providing her with the convincing responses, as they were connected through a carefully hidden earphone. &nbsp;</p><div><br></div><div><strong>Caloy stays with Bea throughout her emotional breakdown&nbsp;</strong></div><p>Just as Caloy finally obeyed Bea&rsquo;s advice about being more tactical in their schemes, Bea became the one who couldn&rsquo;t keep her anger under control. As it turned out, after Billy refused her fabricated job application, Bea&rsquo;s landlord threw all of her PC units outside since she had no way to pay off her debts. Caloy tried to calm Bea, paying close attention to her frustrations and supporting her vengeful plans against Billy. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><div><br></div><div><strong>Caloy acts affectionately towards Bea</strong></div><p>Within moments of activating the emergency alarm system at LoveList, Bea proceeded to steal the company&rsquo;s flash drive, containing important documents, such as the list of investors. Strangely enough, Bea described Billy as the &ldquo;original thief&rdquo; while Caloy complimented her. As always, even with Bea&rsquo;s rule of distance, Caloy couldn&rsquo;t bear to be separated from her.</p><div><br></div><div><strong>Caloy gets Bea&rsquo;s face tattooed on his chest&nbsp;</strong></div><p>Not long after Bea&rsquo;s computers were purchased by the LoveList team, Caloy and Bea decided to drink their woes away. Caloy also took the chance to show off his freshest tattoo of Bea&rsquo;s face inked on his chest and continued to express his love, holding her hand and assuring her that they will be together forever.&nbsp;</p><div><br></div><div><strong>Caloy continues to follow Bea inside Pebblng</strong></div><p>Even though Bea successfully secured a position in Pebblng, the rival company of LoveList, she continued to depend on Caloy for creative suggestions to pitch to her colleagues and especially to Pebblng&rsquo;s CEO, Camille (Alexa Ilacad). When she realized that Caloy followed her inside the company, she quickly went downstairs and gave him an earful. Following Caloy&rsquo;s unstoppable flirting, he disclosed that one of the computers bought by the LoveList team stored files confirming their relationship with each other.</p><div><br></div><div><strong>Caloy gets struck by a car as he runs away from Jordan&rsquo;s pursuit&nbsp;</strong></div><p>On a mission to delete the files, Caloy sneaked into Angels of Grace: Center for Women, where he was unfortunately spotted by Bea&rsquo;s mother, Mariela (Rita Avila). Soon enough, Billy and Precious (Dimples Romana) arrived to witness the commotion.
