The Manila bar scene is sure to be abuzz with the prospect of sampling the signature cocktails prepared by one of the world’s best mixologists when The Peninsula Manila hosts Masahiko Endo, Group Beverage Director of Mizunara: The Library, Hong Kong – ranked No. 86 on “Asia’s 50 Best Bars for 2023” list – for one night only at The Bar on February 23, 2024.

Endo-san is an award-winning mixologist from Japan who manages the specialist whisky and cocktail bar, Mizunara: The Library, Hong Kong, where he and his team have been welcoming discerning guests to their tranquil space of bespoke cocktail artistry with exquisitely crafted tipples. With over 20 years of experience, he regularly conducts masterclasses and tasting sessions for whiskies, spirits, and cocktails.
