We wanted the menu to be very approachable and people could easily relate to it.&#x27;</p><div><br/></div><p>To complement the new “bistronomy” dishes, Your Local has partnered with <a href="https://www.instagram.com/somelove.ph/" target="_blank">Some Love</a>, importers of natural wines, to feature a selection of wines perfectly suited to enhance the dining experience.</p><div><br/></div><p>Reflecting on the inspiration behind the menu, Chef Pat Go shares, &#x27;Most of the items have different Filipino ingredients or techniques. There’s a lot of Bacolod ingredients as well since my family&#x27;s from Bacolod.” He adds, &#x27;With this one, I added a few touches of Filipino ingredients and Filipino food memories from my travels.
