Your Local’s much-anticipated return to The Balmori Chef’s Table presents a culinary celebration of contemporary Asian flavors. Following the success of the first pop-up in November, Your Local is thrilled to announce its second pop-up from May 18 to June 16, 2024.





Chef Patrick “Pat” Go and his team crafted a gastronomic journey with a brand new exclusive bistronomy-style menu, a preview of Your Local’s new offers. With a focus on Asian flavors accentuated by Filipino ingredients and cooking techniques, Chef Pat Go shares, “This time I wanted to incorporate separate viands and then they can choose their own rice. It's like an Asian bistro menu.'

Diners can anticipate an array of delectable options, ranging from small plates to shareable mains and of course unique desserts. The menu showcases a harmonious blend of beloved favorites from Your Local's regular offerings, including the Chili Crab Somen, Torched Salmon Donburi, Chili Crab Bun, and the Choco na Gatas.


The second pop-up will feature a Balmori-exclusive menu of 16 dishes, including four Your Local classics from the main branch in Legazpi Village.

48-Hour Beef Short Ribs Your Local

'We want to introduce a lot of small plates and sharing plates,' Chef Pat Go explains. 'It's more of a small plate interpretation of comfort food dishes. We wanted the menu to be very approachable and people could easily relate to it.'


To complement the new “bistronomy” dishes, Your Local has partnered with Some Love, importers of natural wines, to feature a selection of wines perfectly suited to enhance the dining experience.


Reflecting on the inspiration behind the menu, Chef Pat Go shares, 'Most of the items have different Filipino ingredients or techniques. There’s a lot of Bacolod ingredients as well since my family's from Bacolod.” He adds, 'With this one, I added a few touches of Filipino ingredients and Filipino food memories from my travels. Whenever we eat out, these are the things that inspire us.'

Reservations are now open with hourly seatings for lunch and dinner. Lunch is from 11 am to 2 pm, and dinner is from 6 pm to 10 pm. There will also be afternoon tea with a separate menu of drinks and pastries from 2 pm to 5 pm.

Paper Baked Halibut - Kaffir lime, vegetable escabeche, ginger scallion, assorted greens.Your Local

Pork BBQ-Curry - Grilled pork liempo skewers, buttery curry sauce, chopped greens.Your Local

Roast Pork Laksa - Pumpkin laksa sauce, coconut, fried baby shrimp, lime herb slaw. Your Local

Smashed Negros Burrata - Wild honey, lao gan ma chili crisp, focaccia, tomato, sea salt. Your Local
