<p>MANILA – The rumors are true.</p><p>Local publishing house Visprint, home of books by Bob Ong and Manix Abrera, confirmed on Monday that it is set to close in 2021.</p><p>In a Facebook post, Visprint cited the retirement of the pillars of the company after decades of service.</p><p>It added that new titles will no longer be released but existing books will be sold – while supplies last – until the publishing house closes down.</p><div><script src="https://connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js#xfbml=1&amp;version=v2.5" async="" type="text/javascript"></script></div><div class="fb-post" data-href="https://www.facebook.com/Visprint/posts/10156830729011664" data-width="auto"> </div><p>Visprint has become the home of award-winning Filipino writers and artists such as Ong (“ABNKKBSNPLAKo?!”), Abrera (“Kikomachine Komix Blg. 1”), Eros Atalia (“Ligo na U, Lapit na Me”), and Carlo Vergara (“Ang Kagila-gilalas na Pakikipagsapalaran ni Zsazsa Zaturnnah”), to name a few.</p>
