<p>MANILA – “Once a Binibini, always a Binibini.”</p><p>Rachel Anne Wolfe made this statement following her recent reunion with her fellow queens in the Binibining Pilipinas 1984 pageant.</p><p>Wolfe, who was crowned Bb. Pilipinas-Ms. Young International, had a get-together in Taguig with two of her “BFFs” – Desiree Verdadero (Bb. Pilipinas Universe) and Memeth Nachor (Bb. Pilipinas-Ms. Maja).</p><p>“It was so good reminiscing. It has been almost 35 years,” she said, adding that the two other titleholders – Jane Brummitt and Toni Daya – are currently in the United States.</p><blockquote class="instagram-media"
