ABS-CBN journalists Karen Davila and Doris Bigornia on Saturday were honored at the 5th Paragala: Central Luzon Media Awards.Davila received an award as best female news anchor, while Bigornia was hailed best female field reporter in a ceremony held at Holy Angel University in Angeles City, Pampanga. Davila anchors ABS-CBN&#x27;s late-night newscast &quot;Bandila&quot; and hosts ANC&#x27;s &quot;Headstart.&quot; Bigornia is a senior correspondent on &quot;TV Patrol.&quot;The university gives out awards to honor exemplary work in the broadcast-news industry.More than 30,000 students in Central Luzon participated in selecting media personalities for this year&#x27;s awards.
