<div class="embed-wrap"><figure data-feedback="fb:likes,fb:comments"><img src="http://sa.kapamilya.com/absnews/abscbnnews/media/2017/entertainment/04/03/okada-fountain-040317.jpg"/><figcaption><div class="embed-desc"><cite>Photo: Okada Manila</cite></div></figcaption></figure></div>MANILA -- Last Friday&#x27;s official opening of Okada Manila’s The Fountain may have been a strictly by-invitation affair but starting April 1, the world’s largest multicolored dancing water feature can be enjoyed by the public for free.Located at the Entertainment City in Paranaque, Okada Manila announced that regular fountain shows are now open to guests of all ages.In an interview with ABS-CBN News, Maxwell Zetlin, vice-president for entertainment, said Kazuo Okada, the chairman of the integrated resort, wanted The Fountain to be his “gift” to the Filipinos. “He didn’t want them to pay just to see The Fountain,” he added.Should you be planning to check out The Fountain, here are some of the things you need to know:Complimentary shuttle services are provided from the SM Mall of Asia. The pick-up location is located in front of Pet Express. The Fountain Foyer at the northern side of the casino resort and the Bayside Rotunda on the western side are the drop-off locations for guests using ride-sharing service.Parking slots are free to guests depending on availability.The Fountain is open from Monday to Sunday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Every 8 p.m. from Friday to Sunday, the World of Wonders will be performed on the floating stage. A projection mapping show, meanwhile, will be held from Friday to Sunday from 8:30 to 9:30 in the evening. Taking of photos and videos is allowed using personal gadgets. However, professional video cameras and drones are strictly prohibited. Apart from satellite bars and pop-up food concessionaires around The Fountain, Okada Manila also offers an array of restaurants serving various cuisines -- from fast-food chains to fine dining outlets.“You’ll also see fast-food chain restaurants opening up in that area because our chairman wants anybody and everybody to be able to come inside,” Bryan Bass, Okada Manila vice-president for property marketing, said. Exclusive retail stores will also open at the Crystal Corridor surrounding The Fountain.“Over the next few months, people are going to see new outlets and new exciting things you’re never going to expect. I believe we have 15 to 20 outlets. That whole corridor will be filled with new brands coming from Japan and from the Philippine market as well,” Bass said.
