But they&#x27;ve stuck by me during times when I didn&#x27;t really know what was going on, what I wanted to do in life. ...They were there for me, always. So thank you.&quot; </p><p>She then quipped: &quot;And I wish they didn&#x27;t live so far away.&quot; </p><p>Both her parents replied by joking to their daughter that Australia is not &quot;too far,&quot; and gave her a hug. </p><div class="embed-wrap"><figure data-feedback="fb:likes,fb:comments"><img src="http://sa.kapamilya.com/absnews/abscbnnews/media/2017/life/05/03/rachel3.jpg?ext=.jpg"/><figcaption><div class="embed-desc">Rachel Peters (2nd from left) poses with her family during an interview with ABS-CBN News&#x27; Dyan Castillejo</div></figcaption></figure></div><p>Meanwhile, Peters&#x27; brother was asked to give her a message. </p><p>&quot;All I want to say is that I&#x27;ve seen the transition from when you decided to start the Binibini journey to now -- you deserve everything you get,&quot; Daniel told his sister. </p><p>&quot;You get home after I go to bed and you wake up and leave the house before I wake up. And I try to wake up early and I try to stay up late but you&#x27;re always just there working for it. So you really deserve everything you get.
