Jonathan Cellona, ABS-CBN News</figcaption></figure></div><p>MANILA -- TV host Janelle Tee of Pasig City was named Miss Philippines Earth 2019 pageant during the pageant&#x27;s coronation night held Wednesday at Okada Manila, Parañaque.</p><p>She was crowned the winner after arguing that a better way to encourage more people to become more environmentally conscious is to give &quot;incentives&quot; rather than penalize violators. </p><p>In the Q&amp;A round, Tee explained: &quot;We have to teach [communities that need help] how to fish rather than just give them a fish for a day.
