In about two weeks, Filipino Broadway star Rachelle Ann Go will be taking her final bow as Gigi Van Tranh in "Miss Saigon" on Broadway.

She'll be taking on the biggest role of her life in the West End production of the acclaimed musical "Hamilton."

Go is soon London-bound to play the role of Eliza Schuyler Hamilton, wife of America's founding father, Alexander Hamilton, and co-founder of the first private orphanage in New York City.

"I listened to the album, tapos na-in love na naman ako sa music niya. Sabi ko, 'Lord, parang gusto ko to.' Noong narinig ko 'yung songs ni Eliza, sabi ko, 'this is what I want.' At that point, ki-claim ko na, sabi ko, 'I'm gonna do this role,'" Go said.

She got her dream role last December even before she got to watch the highly acclaimed musical created by Tony, Grammy, and Emmy winner Lin-Manuel Miranda.

"The first time I saw it, naiyak ako. Sabi ko, 'naku, I'm gonna be part of this show.' You know, it's a big thing, it's such an amazing show," said Go.

But Go is not the only Filipina in "Hamilton." She will be joined by Cristine Allado, who will portray Peggy Schuyler and Maria Reynolds in the West End production.

"I love the show before I got the job. It's a dream come true, and I'm excited to share it with Rachelle Ann Go who's playing my sister, so it's amazing," Allado said.

While "Hamilton" is a big step forward in her theater career, Go said saying goodbye to her "Miss Saigon" family is the hardest part of it all.

She said she'll be missing her Filipino cast-mates.
