Beginning this September, all international flights of Cebu Pacific will be offering a selection of pre-ordered meals, with a dozen new dishes up for grabs.Science says that when your taste buds are thousands of feet up in the air, your normal sense of taste becomes affected. Handout photo</figcaption></figure></div>“The new menu is inspired by the different destinations of Cebu Pacific”, said Ledesma.A graduate of the International School of Culinary Arts and Hotel Management, Ledesma has 12 years of experience in the F&amp;B industry and has worked in Dubai, Tokyo and Hong Kong.His newly unveiled menu is divided into three types of cuisine: Western Fusion, Filipino, and Asian. To take it a step further, the meals come with nutritional and product information as reference for an increasing number of health-conscious passengers.The airline’s new selection of meals is exclusive for pre-order on all flights, departing 24 hours or more from the time of booking.
