<p>MANILA – The half-sister of actress KC Concepcion is Sweden’s representative to the Miss Earth 2016 pageant in the Philippines in October.</p><p>Cloie Syquia Skarne was crowned Miss Earth Sweden 2016 on Sunday night (Monday in Manila) in this year’s Miss Universe Sweden pageant.</p><p>She is the daughter of actor Gabby Concepcion and model Jenny Syquia.
