<p>MANILA -- A documentary on the 19 martyrs of Aklan who fought in the Philippine revolution will have a special screening later this week ahead of its official release.</p><p>Directed by Kevin Pison Piamonte and JR Macahilas, &quot;Daan Patungong Tawaya&quot; (Road to Paradise) tells the story of the 19 men who started one of the biggest Katipunan movements outside Luzon.</p><p>&quot;Daan Patungong Tawaya&quot; is one of the four finalists of the Sinesaysay Documentary Lab and Showcase 2018 funded by the Film Development Council of the Philippines and the National Historical Commission of the Philippines.</p><p>The film was also supported by the University of the Philippines Visayas and the Commission on Higher Education.</p><figure class="op-interactive"><iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/p1oBesbVHm4?enablejsapi=1"></iframe></figure><div class="iwantbar">Watch more in <a href="//www.iwantv.com.ph/">iWantv</a> or <a href="//tfc.tv/">TFC.tv</a></div>
