representing Philippines, and my heart aches with disappointment,&quot; De Moura said in an Instagram post. &quot;But even in the face of this heartache, I choose gratitude.&quot;</p><p>Moving forward, the 19-year-old beauty queen said she is &quot;determined to make the most of every moment.&quot;</p><p>&quot;I understand I may still be young,&quot; she acknowledged. &quot;I will continue to work hard, learn, and grow, because I believe that disappointment is only a stepping stone to future success.&quot; </p><p>De Moura went on to declare that her experience, while painful, is
