<p>MANILA – Bea Patricia “Patch” Magtanong seems to have gotten the attention of the organizers of Miss International 2019.</p><p>This as the Philippine representative is one of the five candidates handpicked to join a sponsored regional tour as part of pre-pageant activities.</p><p>The rest came from Hong Kong, France, Singapore, and Finland.</p><p>Photos released on the Miss International
