she gained another crown over the weekend.</p><p>The actress-turned-beauty queen was crowned Noble Queen of the Universe, besting 20 other candidates from different countries.</p><p>The pageant was held at the Manila Hotel last Sunday. </p><div><script src="https://connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js#xfbml=1&amp;version=v2.5" async="" type="text/javascript"></script></div><div class="fb-post" data-href="https://www.facebook.com/noblequeenuniverse/photos/a.107534500601961/155533725802038" data-width="auto"> </div><p>Javier was named Mrs. Universe Philippines in 2018, allowing her to represent the country in the international edition of the pageant.</p><p>Last September, however, she backed out of the Mrs. Universe 2019 competition, citing conflicts in schedule. </p><p>Javier was eventually tapped to join the Noble Queen of the Universe pageant.</p>
