Meanwhile, Vietnam placed second runner up.</p><p>Rounding up the finalists were Russia (3rd runner up) and Nigeria (4th runner up). </p><p>Felizarta was proclaimed one of the winners of this year&#x27;s Miss World Philippines competition.
