<p>MANILA -- Wanderland Music and Arts Festival 2016 brings Filipino music fans to outer space this March 5.</p><p>On its fourth year, the music and arts festival by Karpos Multimedia will feature a “space” theme with matching activities and games, brought to you by this year’s mascot, Captain Bob.</p><div class="embed-wrap"><figure data-feedback="fb:likes,fb:comments"><img src="http://sa.kapamilya.com/absnews/abscbnnews/media/2016/lifestyle/01/05/deathcabforcutie-010516.jpg"/></figure></div><p>Two monster acts headline the festival: Death Cab for Cutie, the altenative rock band from Washington is set to perform songs from their playbook such as &quot;I Will Possess Your Heart,&quot; &quot;Crooked Teeth,&quot; &quot;I Will Follow You Into the Dark&quot; and &quot;You Are A Tourist&quot; to name some; while Grammy-winner Bon Iver will co-headline, bringing his own brand of indie folk to the Philippines, with songs like &quot;Skinny Love,&quot; &quot;Flume&quot; and &quot;Holocene.&quot;</p><figure class="op-social"><iframe allowfullscreen="" frameBorder="0" height="350" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/ukNOaKeUEQY" width="510"></iframe></figure><p>Foreign supporting acts include the Kiwi electronic group The Naked and Famous, &quot;Awkward&quot; Australian indie pop band San Cisco, and electric duo, Panama!</p><p>Commandeur, Blackbird Blackbird, and Chad Valley will be bringing their brand of chill and synth to the space trip, as well.</p><div class="embed-wrap"><figure data-feedback="fb:likes,fb:comments"><img src="http://sa.kapamilya.com/absnews/abscbnnews/media/2016/lifestyle/01/05/chadvalley-010516.jpg"/></figure></div><p>Not to be left behind, homegrown talents featured include Curtismith, Cheats, Jensen and the Flips, (the returning) CRWN + Jess Connelly, and the Wanderband 2016 victor Oh, Flamingo!</p><p>Early Wanderer tickets at P3,500++) and the Wanderbuddies Bundle (five tickets for P15,000++) will be available until January 18, or until supplies last. Regular ticket rates at P4,800++, while VIP Star Wanderer tickets are at P6,000. Tickets are available via SMTickets.com, or SM Ticket Outlets nationwide.</p><p>The event will be held at the Globe Circuit events grounds.</p>
