<p>MANILA - American fashion model and former Victoria&#x27;s Secret Angel Karlie Kloss on Tuesday lashed out at flag carrier Philippine Airlines (PAL) for its supposed bad service.</p><p>&quot;[PAL] has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIME. Most BUDGET AIRLINE. Rude and disrespectful. However, she revealed on her Snapchat account that she had missed her flight.</p><p>PAL has since reached out to Kloss and has apologized for the inconvenience.
