Manalo stunned in a blue and gold Mak Tumang gown which was a perfect fit for the segment&#x27;s theme. Miss Cosmo New Zealand Frankie Russell also owned the hearts of many Filipino pageant fans as a Filipina-Kiwi model and actress.  </p><p>Miss Cosmo International revealed Paula Shugart, George Chien, and Pham Quang Vinh as part of the jury panel.
