</style>Aside from being close to the flagship SMX Convention Center Manila and essential business-related establishments, it features a 397-room hotel and a 143-room serviced residences.SMHCC executive vice president Peggy Angeles admitted that Lanson Place had a rough journey since 2019.&quot;The partnership with SMHCC and Lanson Place was forged through countless discussions and negotiations. It took revisions of many — including two different managing directors of Lanson Place, and two group directors of operations to create a remarkable alliance that we had today,&quot; Angeles said.Alongside the services and bay view, Lanson Place also boasts an interesting structure and interior design.In fact, an art project on the ceiling of the second floor which portrays huge ocean waves was designed by Filipino artist Leeroy New.Angeles said that even the carpet of Lanson Place&#x27;s Grand Ballroom is inspired by the ripples of an ocean.<div>Hotel that feels like home</div>But for Lanson Place Hotel Management chief executive officer (CEO) Michael Hobson, what sets Lanson Place apart from other hotels and serviced residences is ultimately their &quot;personal guest experience.&quot;&quot;Personal guest experience comes from really understanding your customers, understanding their needs, wants, and preferences, and observing those things... And delivering it time and time again,&quot; he said.Hobson also emphasized that he wants Lanson Place to feel like a welcoming &quot;home&quot; where guests can find the best experience they will always remember.&quot;Lanson Place stands as a beacon of sophistication... Offering unparalleled services and amenities tailored to meet the needs of today&#x27;s discerning travelers,&quot; Angeles added.SMHCC also revealed that nine more different properties are underway.
