MANILA -- Top dance group G-Force, led by teacher Georcelle Dapat-Sy, wrapped up its G-Force Project 2024 with a total of 39 classes.

The group, known for their energetic performances and dynamic choreography, concluded the program with sold out shows -- first on July 27 for their first and second batches, and another on Sunday night for their third and fourth batches.

"I am so happy and very proud of my team because even if they missed one day, they were still able to pull off a very good show," said Dapat-Sy after their recital in Solaire.

The G-Force Project has been a staple in the Philippine dance community since 2008, and has grown in size and popularity each year. Dapat-Sy describes it as the "biggest and grandest summer workshop" in the country.

The classes catered to a wide-range of ages, with students as young as three and as old as 70.

"What we're having right now is shared energy," said Dapat-Sy. "You can't get this online, so programs like this are about human connection."

As part of this year's theme of artificial intelligence, G-Force brought in international dancer Ling Zhang, a member of Jam Republic, the Royal Family Dance Crew, and ReQuest. Zhang joined the students during the July 28 recital and is scheduled to conduct a master class on July 29 at Blanco by G-Force in Taguig.

Looking ahead, G-Force is gearing up for a tour in Canada in August, where they will showcase dance classes and performances.
