Scaffoldings and some LED boards collapsed, forcing the girls to move chairs to clear their path.Manalo twisted her ankle while wearing 6-inch heels.She expressed her gratitude to the organization for taking care of her and is thankful for all the support she’s been receiving from her fans.Manalo assured that she will continue to give her best for the preliminaries on October 2 and the finals on October 5 as she aims to bring home the first Miss Cosmo International crown.
