MANILA -- OPM singer-songwriter Ice Seguerra expressed his happiness joining the rerun of the award-winning comedy musical "Walang Aray."

"The theater scene is thriving right now talaga and I'm very happy. But I think it's very important for people to see this and experience 'Walang Aray' because I love original musicals," sai Seguerra, who plays the loyal and playful Lucas in the upcoming show.

"It's very important na while we may have these other kinds of musicals, importante na makita natin 'yung sariling gawa talaga natin. And, nakakatuwa kasi base siya sa sarsuela. Ang nakakatuwa roon ay kung paano nila minodernize to cater to the new generation. Kasi naniniwala ako kahit anumang art form 'yan it's important na mailapit sa audience 'yon. Kasi hindi naman porke nagdaan na 'yung ganoong klase ng art form, entertainment ika nga, ay hindi na natin tinatangkilik," he added.
