Handout</div>MANILA — Malaysian coffee brand OldTown White Coffee officially debuted in the Philippines last July 9 with a five-day launch event at Robinsons Magnolia, blending tradition and innovation in a celebration dubbed “Back to Where It All Began.”The event marked the introduction of OldTown White Coffee’s refreshed branding and its first locally available products — including two new flavors designed specifically for Filipino tastes: Salted Caramel Flavored White Coffee and a 30% Less Sugar variant.“I’m thrilled to welcome Filipino coffee lovers into the world of OldTown White Coffee,” said Jazmin Leong, country sales manager for the Philippines at Jacobs Douwe Egberts. “We believe our refreshed look and expanded range will delight anyone seeking a cup of rich, smooth and creamy coffee.”The immersive launch experience recreated elements of Ipoh, the Malaysian city where the brand was founded. The brand now has a presence in more than 30 countries.In the Philippines, OldTown expands its offerings with four products: Classic White Coffee, Hazelnut Flavored White Coffee, and the two new flavors — Salted Caramel and 30% Less Sugar.OldTown also announced a new distribution partnership with San Miguel Super Coffeemix Co., Inc., which will handle local retail availability through supermarkets and e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.Founded on the tradition of slow-roasted coffee and inspired by 19th-century Ipoh kopitiams, OldTown White Coffee continues to expand globally while staying rooted in its origins.
