Organizers said the festival will serve as a platform for collaboration, business development, and partnerships to promote Filipino dishes worldwide.</p><p>Festivalgoers can expect tasting menus, chef collaborations, bar takeovers, and a producer market spread across the Newport property. The event will also feature a Sustainability Corridor and Innovation Lab, focusing on responsible sourcing and food-tech solutions, coinciding with the anticipated arrival of Michelin Guide inspectors in Manila.</p><p>“This is our collective moment,” said Nicole Ponseca, co-founder of Motherland Productions. “The Filipino diaspora is hungry to collaborate and is ready to lead. IMFF is not just about showcasing talent — it’s about unlocking opportunity, building legacy, and reminding the world that Filipino food is here to stay.”</p><p>The lineup includes Michelin-recognized chefs Lordfer Lalicon, Monique Feybesse, Aaron Isip, Filippo Turrini, Stephan Duhesme, Josh Boutwood, Chele Gonzalez with Carlos Villaflor, Nico Santos, Tara Monsod, Erica Paredes, Ross Magnaye, and Ponseca herself. These culinary figures will present dishes that merge heritage with progressive techniques.</p><p>A key feature of the event is the Culinary Congress and Summit, organized in partnership with the Center for Culinary Arts, Enderun Colleges, and Le Cordon Bleu–Ateneo. The summit will bring together chefs, founders, policymakers, and educators to discuss topics such as brand storytelling, regional ingredient diplomacy, and Michelin readiness, with plans to develop an annual “playbook” for the Philippine culinary industry.</p><p>Tickets are available at www.manilafoodfestival.com, which also provides event schedules, venue details, and the evolving list of participating chefs.</p>
