In 2022, she led pre-pageant activities before passing her crown to <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/life/10/16/22/dominican-republic-wins-miss-globe-2022">Anabel Payano of Dominican Republic</a>.</p><p>Montagne is not only the Philippines&#x27; second Miss Globe winner as she also <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/life/11/06/21/phs-maureen-montagne-wins-miss-globe-2021">scored a historic back-to-back victory for the country</a>. A week before she was proclaimed Miss Globe, her Binibining Pilipinas batchmate Cindy Obenita bagged the Miss Intercontinental 2021 title.</p><p>Pageant veteran Annabelle McDonnell will represent the Philippines in this year&#x27;s Miss Globe pageant. Earlier this year, <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/lifestyle/2025/7/14/annabelle-mcdonnell-meets-up-with-maureen-montagne-as-she-prepares-for-miss-globe-pageant-1450">she met up with Montagne</a> as part of her preparations for the competition.</p>
