Handout</div>MANILA — Human values such as compassion, integrity and courage will continue to define effective leadership even as artificial intelligence reshapes the workplace, entrepreneur and philanthropist Pinky Tobiano told graduates of the Asian Institute of Management&#x27;s (AIM) School of Executive Education and Lifelong Learning.Speaking at the school&#x27;s fourth-quarter graduation ceremony, Tobiano delivered a keynote address titled &quot;Human Leaders in an Intelligent World,&quot; emphasizing the importance of balancing technological advancement with human-centered leadership.&quot;While technology and artificial intelligence continue to transform the way we work, it is our humanity — our compassion, integrity, courage and ability to inspire others — that will always define great leadership,&quot; she said.Tobiano said AI is becoming an increasingly important part of business and society, and urged leaders to remain adaptable.&quot;Leaders who embrace change and continuously adapt will be the ones who thrive,&quot; she said.The ceremony brought together nearly 200 graduates from the business, medical and government sectors who completed executive education and leadership programs at AIM.Tobiano also highlighted the rapid growth of e-commerce and the opportunities it presents for fast-moving consumer goods brands. She noted that digital platforms such as TikTok have emerged as important tools for businesses seeking to build their brands, connect with consumers and expand their reach.Addressing the graduates, she encouraged them to continue pursuing innovation while remaining grounded in core values.&quot;May you continue to lead with both intelligence and heart, embracing innovation while never losing sight of the human values that truly make a difference,&quot; she said.The graduation ceremony was attended by executive learners and guests from various AIM programs, including Business Leadership, Cyber Security Executive Leadership, Business Analytics, Finance for Non-Finance Managers, Management Development Program and Women Executive Leadership.
